1. HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER IN www.gymequip-arabia.com ONLINE STORE?

1.1 Choose the gym equipment and select Metal color, Leather color and Size. Click "ADD TO CART"

1.2 Click "CHECKOUT", here submit your contact information and click "REQUEST A QUOTE"

1.3 We will calculate the delivery cost and send you an offer, within 48 hours after we have received your request.

1.4 If you accept our offer you can make a payment. We accept payment via bank tranfer.

1.5 Immediately after we receive your payment, we will sent you the order confirmation for the production with estimated delivery dates.

2. DO PRICES ON THE WEBSITE INCLUDE VAT?

Prices in website displayed without VAT (21% in Lithuania).

You will see prices with VAT after you add products to basket.

If you have a VAT code in your country or your delivery adress is outside the EU, you can purchase your order without VAT.

3. WHAT IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE?

The shipping cost is calculated for each order individually. The shipping cost depends on the size of your order and delivery address.

4. HOW LONG IS THE PRODUCTION PROCESS?

The length of the production process depends on the size of your order. Usually, it takes around 5-10 weeks, but the exact production time will be calculated after the placement of your order.

5. WHEN THE MACHINES ARE DELIVERED, ARE THEY ASSEMBLED?

When the machines are delivered, they are pre-assembled. So you can assemble them easily.

6. CAN YOU MANUFACTURE A CUSTOM GYM EQUIPMENT MODEL, WHICH IS NOT IN YOUR CATALOGUE?
